Chip and his management team at Joie de Vivre plan to bring new insight and energy to the recently renamed Santa Cruz Dream Inn, Santa Cruz's premier ocean front lodging property. In his remarks, Chip shared some of his unique business philosophy detailed in his latest book, which was inspired by legendary psychologist Abraham Maslow, and how Maslow's theory of the Hierarchy of Needs can be adapted into a new psychology of business, inspiring peak performance and transforming relationships.
